The KC Hardware Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by promoting KC Hardware products and generating qualified sales through approved affiliate referral links or approved coupon codes.

Application & Approval
All affiliate applications are reviewed manually. KC Hardware may approve, reject, suspend, terminate, or request additional information from any applicant or affiliate at any time.
Links & Coupon Codes
Approved affiliates may receive affiliate links, coupon codes, banners, logos, product images, promotional graphics, and approved marketing materials.
Brand Protection
KC Hardware logos, trademarks, branding, product names, product images, videos, and website content are protected intellectual property owned by KC Hardware.
Affiliates may not use domain names, website names, social media pages, or landing pages that look similar to KC Hardware or may confuse customers unless the website is clearly approved by KC Hardware.
Any website using a similar name, similar domain, or KC Hardware-related branding must clearly state: “This website is an approved KC Hardware affiliate partner.”
- No fake KC Hardware websites
- No impersonation
- No misleading domains
- No unauthorized branding use
- No similar domain names without KC Hardware approval
Approved Promotion
Affiliates may promote KC Hardware through websites, blogs, landing pages, YouTube, TikTok, social media, email marketing, display advertising, paid ads, influencer content, and business networking.
Affiliates are fully responsible for their own advertising, marketing costs, traffic generation, website management, domain registration, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
KC Hardware is not responsible for any advertising created, managed, or paid for by affiliates and does not provide reimbursement, sponsorships, advertising budgets, or payment support for affiliate marketing campaigns.
Prohibited Activities
- Self-referrals or self-purchases
- Fake purchases or fake reviews
- Spam email marketing
- Click fraud or cookie stuffing
- Adult or illegal promotion
- Unauthorized trademark bidding
Commission Rules
Commissions are paid only on valid completed sales, successfully processed customer orders, approved affiliate referrals, and verified purchases tracked through approved links or coupon codes.
Payout Policy
KC Hardware currently uses a manual review payout system. Commissions remain pending until the order is completed, delivery is confirmed, and the return review period has passed.
If a customer cancels an order, requests a refund, or receives a refund, the related affiliate commission may be adjusted, reversed, or canceled. The affiliate will be notified by email, and KC Hardware may provide a screenshot or supporting order information when applicable.
Minimum payout balance: $250 USD.
Payment Methods
Payments may be sent through PayPal, bank transfer, or another approved payout method. Affiliates are responsible for keeping accurate payment information inside their affiliate dashboard.
Suspension
KC Hardware may suspend or terminate affiliate participation, hold or reverse commissions, block traffic sources, or restrict promotional methods if fraud risks, abuse, trademark conflicts, suspicious activity, or policy violations are detected.
Liability
KC Hardware is not responsible for third-party tracking interruptions, browser cookie limits, ad platform restrictions, affiliate expenses, technical issues, platform outages, traffic losses, marketing losses, or indirect damages.
Paid Advertising & Trademark Policy
Approved affiliates may use paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, display advertising, and other approved traffic sources to promote KC Hardware products and categories.
Affiliates must comply with all advertising platform rules, policies, disclosure requirements, and applicable laws.
Affiliate advertising, coupon codes, landing pages, and promotional links must use an approved affiliate link, approved affiliate ID, approved tracking URL, or coupon code issued directly by KC Hardware or approved through the KC Hardware Affiliate Program.
Any affiliate promotion must be clearly trackable and recognizable as an approved KC Hardware affiliate promotion. Affiliate IDs or tracking parameters should be included inside the URL when required so KC Hardware can verify that the promotion belongs to a real approved affiliate.
Strictly prohibited without written authorization from KC Hardware:
- Bidding on “KC Hardware,” “KCHardware,” “kchardware.us,” or confusingly similar branded keywords
- Using coupon codes not issued or approved by KC Hardware
- Using affiliate links, IDs, or tracking URLs that are fake, modified, hidden, or not approved by KC Hardware
- Creating advertisements pretending to be official KC Hardware ads
- Cloning KC Hardware landing pages or website designs
- Using misleading domains or deceptive redirects
- Using fake scarcity, fake reviews, or deceptive claims
Program Changes
KC Hardware reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program, commission structure, tracking windows, payout rules, promotional tools, and program requirements at any time without prior notice.
