Returns & Refund Information
KC Hardware accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned materials must be in new, unused, and good condition. Items must not be used, scratched, damaged, broken, altered, or missing parts.
Before returning any item, customers must contact KC Hardware to request return instructions and a return label when applicable. Customers should not send any product back without first receiving confirmation from our company.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will determine if the product qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method and marketplace policy.
If the return is not caused by a KC Hardware error, defect, shipping damage, or company mistake, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. KC Hardware does not provide free returns for returns requested for personal preference, incorrect orders placed by the customer, compatibility issues not caused by our company, or any reason outside of our responsibility.
Return shipping, delivery arrangements, and refund eligibility may depend on the reason for the return, the condition of the item, and the sales platform used for the purchase. Customers must contact us first so we can confirm the best way to return the product.
KC Hardware reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that are used, scratched, broken, damaged, improperly packaged, or returned after the 30-day return window.
