KC Hardware Shipping Policy

KC Hardware works hard to ship orders quickly and accurately. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works, what to expect after placing an order, and how to contact us if you need help.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed in the order they are received. Processing time can vary depending on product availability, order volume, and verification needs.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option selected.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout (when the carrier provides tracking). Please allow time for tracking to update after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. KC Hardware is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can happen and are outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check:

  • Your mailbox and surrounding area

  • With neighbors or building management

  • With the carrier directly

If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping for Returns

Return shipping is handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. In general:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days

  • Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our side or an item arrived damaged/defective

Local Pickup (If Available)

If local pickup is available for your order, it will appear as an option during checkout. Pickup instructions and timing will be provided after checkout.
